Our return policy are only applicable to products already received and paid for by the customer.
However, the following reasons are subject to or not to return
POLICY 1
That parcel got damaged or spoilt due to manhandling experienced in the process of delivery, this product is subject to replacement after you have provided the evidence (short video) sent to our customer service
POLICY 2
That parcel does not function or serve the purpose in which it was advertised after proper use of the said product. We will explore all the options to fix the situation by sending a replacement or resort to refund (This does not include electronics nor consumable products)
POLICY 3
All products to be delivered are same as on the website from which it is ordered from. Do your due diligence in reading the full details of the product before ordering because we can only process your complaint if it is related to policy no 1 or 2 as stated above.
Remember ignorance/negligence is not an excuse. We will not bear the loss for your ignorance.
POLICY 4
In any case a customer wants a refund, you must establish a valid reason for us to accept your complaint and process your refund. In the absence of no valid reason(s) or you failed to establish a valid reason, we may not be able to process a refund.
POLICY 5
According to Advanced English Dictionary, a product is said to be SUBSTANDARD or INFERIOR QUALITY if and only if it doesn’t meet the minimum quality requirements/features/functions/purposes on which it is intended for. If having established that a product already paid for is a substandard one, you can reach out to us and process a replacement or refund.
POLICY 6
In a case where you are qualified for a refund, we will offer a REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT to you if the previous parcel is given back to the delivery agent on the point of delivery. However, if you chose to be refunded back instead of replacement, then logistics charges will be ON YOU. A refund will then be processed if our warehouse officer has confirmed the retrieval of the product.
